NxtGen Automation provides AI automation, workflow optimization, system integrations, and related consulting services.2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access required for project execution.3. Payments
All fees and payment schedules are agreed upon in writing prior to the commencement of services. Payments are non-refundable.4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client retains ownership of deliverables created specifically for the project. NxtGen Automation retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates, and proprietary systems.5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all non-public information shared during the engagement.6. Limitation of Liability
NxtGen Automation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.7. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice in accordance with the agreed contract terms.8. Governing Law
